This page explains how Clearmotionix deploys cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies when you visit https://clearmotionix.world/. 01

Why this policy exists

Transparency builds trust. We describe storage tools in plain language so you can decide whether to allow optional categories. The public website is informational; nonetheless, technical operations rely on small files that remember security states, language selections, and—only with consent—analytics or marketing identifiers.

02

Definitions we use

Cookies are text strings placed on your device when a server responds to a request. Pixels or tags are often one-by-one transparent images or JavaScript snippets that trigger a server call. Local storage keeps larger key-value pairs in your browser until you clear them. Together we call them "technologies" when they perform similar tracking or memory functions.

03

Strictly necessary technologies

These items let you load pages without forged requests, honor cookie choices, keep CSRF tokens aligned, and route traffic through protective filters. They do not exist to profile your lifestyle. You can still block them with browser extensions, but forms or preference saving may fail. Examples include session integrity cookies tied to your HTTPS connection and lightweight flags noting that you dismissed or accepted the banner.

German and EU guidance generally exempt strictly necessary storage from the consent requirement because it is essential to provide the service you asked for, provided we do not stretch the definition to include advertising.
04

Functional preference storage

When we offer choices such as reduced motion, expanded typography experiments, or saved form drafts, we may remember them locally. If a preference materially affects more than your device—for example, syncing across logged-in sessions—we will disclose that behavior separately and rely on contract or consent as appropriate.

05

Analytics category

If you enable analytics, we or our vendors may place first-party identifiers, collect aggregate event streams (page views, scroll depth, click labels), and attribute traffic sources. IP addresses may be truncated before storage. Analytics helps us understand whether educational articles resonate without requiring you to fill surveys. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal stops new collection though historic aggregates may remain in anonymized dashboards.

06

Marketing category

Marketing technologies measure campaign performance, attribute conversions, or personalize creative sequences when you interact with our paid media. They load only after explicit opt-in through the banner or settings modal. Partners must process data according to their public policies and our instructions. Cross-site tracking is minimized to what the creative format requires.

07

Local storage and session mirrors

Some features mirror cookie content into browser local storage for resilience when browsers restrict third-party cookies. Clearing site data removes both cookies and mirrored entries. Our code avoids storing raw contact form text in long-term storage without a separate saving action.

08

Typical lifetimes you can expect

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Consent logs may persist twelve to twenty-four months so we do not nag you daily. Analytics platforms commonly default to thirteen or twenty-six months; we configure shorter windows when vendors allow. Marketing pixels vary by advertiser; refer to vendor dashboards linked in campaign footers when we run them.

09

Third-party controllers and processors

Optional categories may invoke subprocessors located outside the EEA. Their lists appear in Data Processing Agreements we maintain. We choose vendors who offer transparency reports and SCCs where needed. You may request the active list relevant to your visit by emailing us with the approximate timeframe.

10

Browser-level controls

Major browsers let you block all cookies, block third parties only, or clear storage on exit. Device manufacturers provide similar toggles for embedded web views. Refer to documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge because menu labels shift between versions. Industry opt-out pages for interest-based ads may complement but not replace our on-site controls.

11

Withdrawing or updating consent

Use "Cookie Settings" in the banner to reopen the modal. Clearing site data also resets choices. If you withdraw consent, marketing or analytics tags should not re-fire until you opt in again. Report unexpected behavior so engineers can inspect tag managers.

12

Changes and cross-links

We update this text when we adopt new vendors or legal interpretations change. Material updates appear with a refreshed publication note in our internal changelog and, when relevant, additional emphasis in the banner. Personal data beyond cookies is covered in the Privacy Policy. Corporate disclosures appear in the Impressum.

Need the short version? Sections 03, 05, and 11 cover essentials. Technical security details sit in the Privacy Policy, section on security measures.
