Refund Policy

Rules here apply when you buy offerings invoiced by Clearmotionix or checkout pages we host. Reseller channels, app stores, or external ticketing platforms publish their own refund language; refer to those portals for events we co-host but do not bill.

If you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason. The period begins after the day the contract is concluded. We honor that framework and provide model instructions when legally required.

Withdrawal may lapse if you explicitly request immediate performance of a digital service before the fourteen-day window ends and acknowledge losing withdrawal once delivery completes. Personalized coaching that already generated bespoke documents may incur a value-based offset if the law permits. We document those acknowledgments in proposals you sign or confirm by email.

Cancellations more than forty-eight hours before a booked session receive a full refund of prepaid fees or a complimentary reschedule, your choice. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may retain up to half the fee to reflect preparation time unless emergencies are documented. No-shows without notice typically forfeit the slot fee but we may extend credit once per client per year at our discretion.

If you purchased downloadable assets, refunds remain available within fourteen days provided you have not accessed beyond the clearly labeled preview portion. Once full files are unlocked or streamed past preview markers, electronic consent to delivery may apply. Broken links or corrupted archives are treated as defects; we repair or refund.

Cohort programs that allocate limited coach hours may offer prorated refunds before week two begins, minus onboarding costs stated at checkout. After community access is granted and proprietary worksheets circulate, refunds shift to credit toward a future cohort unless local law requires cash return.

Approved refunds post to the original payment method when banking networks allow. Card timelines depend on issuers, often five to ten business days after we submit the reversal. SEPA transfers may require IBAN verification for unusually large amounts.

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can correct legitimate errors. Friendly fraud chargebacks may lead to account suspension. Stolen cards reported by processors trigger immediate access locks while facts are reviewed.

We occasionally grant courtesy credits when technical failures originate on our side or when compassionate circumstances warrant flexibility. Credits are not convertible to cash unless required by law and expire after twelve months if unused.

Email service@clearmotionix.world with "Refund request" in the subject, include receipt identifiers, and describe the desired outcome. We confirm decisions within five Berlin business days whenever possible. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. The European ODR platform link appears in our Impressum for online purchases that fall under its scope.
